Hi, I’m Dr. Flowers and I’m so glad you’re here!
(Feel free to call me Siobhan - an Irish name pronounced like Sha-Von.)
When pressure becomes the norm and people begin to unravel quietly behind their titles, Dr. Siobhan D. Flowers offers a different way forward — one rooted in emotional sustainability, mindset alignment, and deep nervous system restoration.
A licensed mental health therapist, leadership wellness consultant, and trusted advisor to education, government, and entrepreneurial leaders, Dr. Flowers helps high-performing teams and mission-driven organizations navigate change, uncertainty, and stress without sacrificing their humanity in the process.
She specializes in addressing what’s often left unspoken in professional spaces:
The silent toll of overachievement and invisible emotional labor
The burnout behind the “strong leader” façade
The culture of urgency that erodes innovation, communication, and trust
The leadership avoidance patterns masked as productivity
Through experiential trainings, strategic team facilitation, and soul-centered coaching, Dr. Flowers helps organizations shift from high-functioning chaos to values-aligned clarity. Her dual expertise in trauma-informed care and mindset psychology allows her to bridge the gap between wellness and workplace performance — creating spaces where leaders can regulate, realign, and rise.
Whether supporting an executive team in strategic alignment or guiding staff through emotional mastery and burnout prevention, Dr. Flowers brings both the clinical depth and the deep-rooted wisdom needed to create lasting, culture-level change.
This isn’t about adding another initiative. It’s about building a foundation where well-being becomes the strategy — not the afterthought.

More about me…
My core beliefs:
Wellness is liberation.
Self-love is social justice.
Rest is revolutionary.
My mission is to expand my reach and impact, and share what I’ve learned as a mental health therapist with fellow leaders who desire more connection and are ready for a more sustainable way of being.
If you are convinced that there’s no way out of ‘survival mode’ because there’s simply too much to be done, you could benefit from additional support, accountability, a guide, and a strategy to show you how to reduce stress and prioritize your mental wellness.
I get it. The concept of “self-care” has now almost become a cliché or even worse, a term that ignores the systemic challenges that exist and unfairly puts the onus of responsibility back onto the individuals.
I have researched, developed, and taught holistic best practices to include necessary mindset shifts that align from your core values to help combat the often dysfunctional systems found in our workplaces.
There is support in numbers and connection within community. With various offerings to include workshops, presentations, affinity group wellness coaching and online community support, I equip leaders with knowledge, insight, and a healthy dose of accountability. You don’t have to embark on your mental wellness journey alone.

A few of my favorite things…
